HARVESTING AND DRYING
Our journey begins with the careful harvesting of premium cannabis plants. Cultivated under optimal conditions, the plants are harvested at peak maturity to ensure maximum cannabinoid and terpene content. Once harvested, the plants are carefully trimmed and then undergo a drying process to eliminate excess moisture. This step is critical to prevent mold or other contaminants from affecting the final product.

DISTILLATION
The next crucial step in our process is distillation. This process involves heating the purified oil to separate the different compounds based on their boiling points. Through a precise distillation apparatus, we carefully monitor and control the temperature and pressure to ensure optimal separation of cannabinoids and terpenes. This allows us to isolate and capture specific compounds, resulting in a highly potent and versatile distillate.

WINTERIZATION AND FILTRATION
To further purify the extracted oil, we employ a process called winterization. This involves mixing the oil with a cold solvent, usually ethanol, and placing it in a freezer. The low temperatures cause the undesired plant waxes, lipids, and other impurities to solidify and separate from the oil. The mixture is then passed through a series of filtration steps, including activated carbon and micron filters, to remove any remaining impurities, resulting in a clear and clean oil.

EXTRACTION
The next step involves extracting the valuable cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant material. We utilize advanced extraction methods, such as supercritical CO2 extraction, to extract the desired compounds. This method ensures a clean and efficient extraction process, without the use of harmful solvents. The result is a highly concentrated and pure cannabis oil.
POST-PROCESSING
After distillation, the resulting distillate undergoes post-processing steps to refine the final product. This may include further filtration to remove any remaining impurities, decarboxylation to activate any non-psychoactive compounds, and additional testing to ensure potency, purity, and safety.

The final step is packaging our premium distillate into secure and convenient containers. Each batch is carefully labeled with important information, such as strain, potency, and production date, to provide transparency to our customers.
